For the breath
Pranayama & Meditation
Pranayama is the deliberate practice of breath — lengthening the inhale, steadying the hold, and releasing the exhale with control. Meditation follows naturally from a settled breath: as the nervous system quiets, awareness turns inward. Together they are the bridge this academy is named for — the space between the brows, reached not by force but by patient, repeated practice.
